"We got to know UD through a friend’s recommendation and after meeting over 20 different IDs, we realised one important thing. Sometimes, what you see in a company’s portfolio isn’t always what you get. With UD, that wasn’t the case. What really stood out for us was the consistency and quality across all their designs. Although we engaged UD quite last minute, they still managed to deliver everything within the promised timeline, which we truly appreciate.

Let’s be real. No renovation process is ever 100% smooth sailing. What matters most is how your ID handles the hiccups, and I’ll admit, we’re not exactly the easiest clients to please. We have high standards and can be rather particular, but the way Bryan, Karina, Philip and the rest of the team handled any concerns was nothing short of professional. They were responsive, patient, and most importantly, rectifications were done swiftly without excuses.
